§ 4-3. Notice of hearings and decisions to City Clerk.

Whenever a public hearing is ordered by any board or officer of the City, such board or officer shall forthwith give notice thereof to the City Clerk and, following such hearing, shall give like notice of its or his/her decision with respect to any matter considered thereat. Upon receipt of such notice, the City Clerk shall send a copy thereof to each member of the City Council setting forth the time and place of the hearing and the matter to be considered or the decision with respect to any such matter, as the case may be.
