§ 228-15. Rates set by Mayor and Council; Water Rate Review Committee.

The Committee shall meet at least quarterly to review the water rate charges established pursuant to this section, the costs of operating and maintaining the water system and any capital improvements to the system. The Committee shall hold at least one meeting per year after 7:00 p.m. It shall report its findings and any recommendations to the City Council in conjunction with submission of the annual operating budget.[Amended 10-2-2017 by Ord.
